When can I check in and out?
Check-in: from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. After that, self check-in. We will communicate the instructions when confirming your reservation.
Check-out: no later than 11:00 am.
Can we already drop off our luggage?
Are you already in Bruges before 14:00, no problem.
Suitcases can be dropped off so you can explore the city.
Can I cancel my booking?
You cancel your booking at the latest 48 hours before the check-in date.
If you cancel later or in case of no show, we will charge the full stay.
